Most coffee in the world is bought and sold in bulk, mixed from many farms, and traded like oil or wheat. The focus is price, not people. There’s usually no farm name, no traceability, and very little connection to the grower. It keeps coffee cheap—but it often leaves farmers underpaid and the coffee lacking the care that creates truly memorable flavor.

I love the beginning of a new year. It feels like a reset… like I get to breathe deeper and build with intention again.
